*These are 'upto' speeds because it is subject to how much the network is being used at any one time.  Unlike normal ADSL though, we CAN and DO deliver these speeds irrespective of the length of your telephone line.  We always aim to deliver these speeds for the large majority of the time; as our reputation means a lot to us.  We could offer guaranteed speeds but it would make the service too expensive for most users.  Instead, the feedback we have received from our customers so far indicates that the current speeds we offer are more than sufficient and offers very good value for money.

**Although we reserve the right to implement our Fair Use Policy to protect our users (the vast majority of which would never come close to affecting other users!), we still have not needed to.  We prefer to help our users understand how to do everything they need to, without ever coming close to causing degradation to other customers.
