Do you really deliver these speeds?

• In simple terms, yes. These are NOT your typical 'upto' speeds advertised by most internet providers.

Really?

• For 99% of the time, yes.  Obviously we can't guarantee speeds as it would make the packages too expensive.  Not only that but speeds can be limited by the internet service you are accessing.

• As all of our customers will vouch, 99 times out of 100 when you run a speed test such as www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk on one of our packages you get more than your package speeds.

Can other providers not deliver these speeds in this area then?

• We have installed our own high speed wireless network to deliver these speeds direct from the exchange.  With our system there are no physical limitations from copper wires.  Our wireless network can currently deliver speeds of 25 Mbps if required and we will shortly be upgrading some primary links to 150 Mbps.

How do I order?

• We need to make sure you can receive the signal at your location first so we will carry out a free survey to make sure.  At this time we can answer any of your questions.  If we cannot deliver immediately then we will add you to our waiting list and when we have extended our network we will contact you again.

What equipment do I need?

• All equipment is included in the installation.  We fit a small receiver to your property (normally on the tv pole) which uses a single cable to pass data and power.  The cable will be delivered to a mutually agreeable location where it can feed a pc/network/wifi router.  The box is very discrete and is approx 2.5 inches wide x 12 inches tall and 2 inches deep.  It is plain white and if you look very closely around Bushton and the surrounding area you may spot one or 2!
